The Methods Actually Used
The main method is a ground-based gutter vacuum system. Carbon poles are used from ground level to reach the gutter line and extract debris into a collection unit, so most clearing is completed without leaning ladders against the guttering or fascia.
A pole-mounted camera is used to inspect the gutter line where the run cannot be seen from the ground, so the condition can be confirmed before and after clearing.
Where a section genuinely cannot be reached from the ground, access is assessed on site first and the method is confirmed with you in the quotation rather than improvised on the day. Anything that cannot be reached safely is reported back to you instead of attempted.
Downpipes and Outlets
Downpipe work is quoted explicitly, not assumed. When downpipe checking or unblocking is part of the job, it is written into your quotation. Where it is not included, it is quoted separately once the outlet has been inspected — and if a downpipe cannot be cleared with the equipment used for gutter work, that is told to you plainly rather than charged for.
